CEPC gardens can be made available for private events and parties. Please use the calendar below to check availability and contact firstname.lastname@example.org to provide details of your event. For your request to be considered, please note:
- Maximum of 30 people per event for the 2021 season.
- All CEPC rates/garden subscriptions must be paid.
- Minimum of 3 weeks’ notice from the receipt of the admin fee and all final costs must be paid 5 days before the event date.
- Timing of event must align with the access of your garden subscription (off-peak/standard).

Park Square and Park Crescent Event Regulations
- £75.00 non-refundable admin fee – (payable upon invoice once date has been confirmed and pencilled in the diary.)
- £75.00 per bin for use of a CEPC bin
- £5.00 per head for any events
- £5.00 per square meter for any structures (i.e. marquees)
- £500.00 refundable deposit
- PLEASE NOTE : For large events – you will be required to supply a porta loo and security for the events also. These will be discussed on a case by case basis when creating the licence.
